WHAT IS THE LATE CHECK-OUT TIME? CAN IT BE EXTENDED?
The check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests who wish to check out later must inform the reception in the morning on their departure day. Late check-out is subject to hotel occupancy. Extensions until 4:00 PM are charged hourly, while check-outs after 4:00 PM will be charged the full nightly rate.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD CHECK-IN TIME?
Check-in time is 2:00 PM. You may request an early check-in during your reservation, but we cannot guarantee availability as it depends on hotel occupancy. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals. If your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage at the front desk.
HOW CAN I PAY MY ROOM BILL?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). Cash payments can be made in Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Swiss Franc (CHF), and British Pound (GBP). Personal checks are not accepted.
